I couldn’t make it through more than the first 10 minutes. I really hate this premise.
FL thinks ML sent someone to kill her when ML did not and actually cares about her. She gets reborn and, contrary to the title, she doesn’t run away. Instead, she bullies, drugs, and SA’s the ML all while planning to have his kid as her “lifeline.” His legs are paralyzed so he can’t leave and is dependent on her for daily needs. If the genders were reversed, this would not be a romantic situation.
There’s absolutely no explanation of why the FL has to do it this way. How does it help her to make the guy hate her? And I don’t know why she wants to keep being involved with him at all after she’s reborn. It really makes the FL hateful, stupid, and needlessly cruel.
In other stories where the secret powerful guy has to live with the village woman, the FL just makes the ML do chores. Go find one of those instead and skip this.
