Hello Shirakaba Resort Ikenotaira Hotel This is Hozuki. This time’s travelogue is a trip to Shizuoka and Nagano (2 nights and 3 days)! This time, I would like to introduce you to “Shirakaba Resort Ikenotaira Hotel” where I spent my second night! Chino City, Nagano Prefecture, where the Ikenotaira Hotel is located,

Is approximately 5 hours by car from Osaka (a bit far…), and just over 3 hours from Tokyo, making it convenient to access from Kanto and free from Chino Station. There is a shuttle bus!

There are also direct buses from Shinjuku and Nagoya! (Round trip 6000 yen) *For details, please check the official website in the summary section. The buffet at Ikenotaira Hotel has a wide variety of dishes, and you can enjoy meat, crab, ethnic cuisine, Indian, Chinese, and a variety of other dishes!

It is a spacious and wonderful resort facility with a great view of Lake Shirakaba and various facilities! “Koten-no-Yu”, which has an area where you can enjoy the magnificent scenery with your family wearing bathing clothes, was also great!

The price was just over 11,000 yen per person (using a coupon), but when you factor in the points, it was less than 10,000 yen! Even now, you can stay in a similar price range by using coupons, making it a great value inn! (As of January 2014)

This time, I would like to tell you about the charms of Shirakaba Resort Ikenotaira Hotel and Shizuoka and Nagano prefectures. And the number of subscribers has exceeded 5000! Thank you everyone for watching! Thank you for your continued support this time! We are leaving Hotel Green Plaza Hamanako where we stayed the night before!

First, from Mikkabi IC… head to Yaizu in Shizuoka Prefecture! I got off at Yaizu and headed to… Speaking of Yaizu, you have to try this! Yes, it’s tuna! I came to the popular tuna restaurant! Tuna is abundant! Jururi. Everything looks delicious! worry! A

Delicious bowl of wild southern bluefin tuna and wild bluefin tuna . The visuals are amazing! Tuna flakes are also served as a garnish. My partner had a limited quantity of tuna nakaochi bowl! First, bluefin tuna! looks delicious! It’s fresh and has just the right amount of fat! Yummy!

And southern bluefin tuna tuna! The fatty sashimi is amazing! The flavor of the melting fat was amazing! Is happy! Tuna flakes are also delicious! Different from normal! The nakaochi that my partner gave me was also really delicious! ! It was the best lunch! Thank you for the meal!

Next, we will go to Shizuoka to get some sweets! oh. The signboard is now visible! This is Suigetsu-san, the sweet that I wanted to try! This is the famous dorayaki! This looks amazing! I’ll introduce you again tonight! Next, we headed to

Mt. Fuji, Miho no Matsubara, which is registered as a World Cultural Heritage Site! I heard that the view of Mt. Fuji was amazing, so I wanted to see it! As you go up the stairs… the area from here is one-way. And this is Hagoromo no Matsu!

The pine tree where the heavenly maiden is said to have hung her robe! This is a very beautiful pine tree! The coastline is full of people. That means. . . I could see Mt. Fuji! yay! It’s a very nice view! I’m glad it’s sunny!

Before you know it, time is running out! We’re leaving! Get on the high speed from Shimizu IC and head towards Nagano! It was a very beautiful road with autumn leaves! It’s evening! By the time we arrived at Lake Shirakaba, the sun had set considerably…

We arrived at Ikenotaira Hotel just before it got dark! Now let’s head to check-in! The front looks nice and chic too! The interior is also quite nice! Now let’s head to our room! This time we will be staying at the Annex building! Yukata and amenities are provided in the elevator hall.

We will receive razors, toothbrushes, brushes, and more! Walk through the bright hallway… then enter the room! The key is a card type. [Annex building] [Non-smoking room] Twin room is very spacious and beautiful! yay! The drawer is full of house clothes. They are M and L.

You can relax in this kind of in-house wear! The bed is also very spacious and beautiful! It would be nice to have a sofa set too! Shirakaba Resort’s original sweets too! There is also a desk with a large mirror stand, and a large TV!

The scenery outside is pitch black and I can see the old man, so I’ll come back in the morning lol I have glasses and pots, and the refrigerator is large. Convenient! There are bath bags and jackets in the closet. Separate toilet! Comes with a washlet! Next was the bath…

It was a large bath! (I didn’t use it because there was a hot spring.) There is a washbasin right after entering the entrance. Amenities are self-styled! It’s quite spacious and nice. I’m looking forward to seeing the scenery tomorrow! Now let’s explore the inside and surrounding area! An atrium escalator. wide.

Apparently there is a convenience store outside the hotel! When the sun goes down, the hotel is lit up and looks beautiful! Go to Resort Lawson across from the hotel! I’ll buy local beer! (This size is sold out at the hotel…) I returned to the hotel and researched the hotel’s shops.

Apple-based sweets typical of Nagano, as well as hotel original sweets. It’s a Shinshu-limited sweet! We also have alcoholic drinks here, as well as mini-sized wines! There was also a shop selling high-quality grape juice and Montbell! Next, let’s go to the east building’s amusement hall! There is also a table tennis corner,

A coin game corner, a pool, and a crane game corner. The crane game corner is full! a. This is Chikawa. I agree lol Next is the Autumn Festival at the main building! (At the time, it was the end of November) You can have a drink and have a lot of fun!

There will also be light snacks and comparisons of Nozawana greens! We also sell a lot of wine here! There were also events such as shooting that children would enjoy! Our mascot, Pota-kun, is standing on a chair … After a short break in the room… it’s time for dinner! Huh hew!

Dinner is “Kohan no Kaze” on the 1st floor of the main building! The staff will guide you! So let’s go out with a tray! Let’s start with the salad. Lettuce, tomato, broccoli, onion, and mizuna. fresh. Lots of dressing! looks delicious! I tried topping it with fried burdock root in a stylish way!

Next was seafood potato salad, dried persimmons and cheese. Hmmmm. Stylish (vocabulary) Next is matsutake mushrooms! and spinach stew with crab sauce and winter melon. I’ll come back later for grilled chicken and matsutake mushrooms! Next is fried food. We had chicken tempura, pumpkin tempura, and everyone’s favorite shrimp tempura!

This is fried chicken with reduced calories. Cutting calories is important! Next is the meat corner. Freshly cut roast beef with chicken carpaccio ! looks delicious! Enjoy it with Chaliapin sauce. And grilled pork belly with honey mustard sauce. There was also mushroom gratin! Grilled chicken and matsutake mushrooms is back! So I got it.

Next is the grill corner. Grilled chicken skewers with chili sauce. I’m going to add a lot of chili sauce! Next was Matsukasa squid with parboiled sesame sauce. And for the university sweet potato… Cantonese red pork char siu. Interesting. And a special smoked salmon roll. yay. Salmon.

Finally, we took the sushi set and it was over! Hozuki’s Choice – Loaded with stylish dishes – Start with perfectly grilled roast beef, chicken tempura, shrimp tempura, and healthy fried chicken! Chicken, char siu, grilled pork, and even squid and salmon! There are also plenty of small pots. Delicious looking vegetables!

And a sushi set. Just right. Enjoy it like this! (I forgot to introduce the salad) First, let’s start with the veggie first salad. Burdock chips are delicious! Winter melon has a gentle taste and is delicious! Good start! Roast beef, tender and delicious! This grilled squid in Matsukasa is so delicious! Refills guaranteed lol

Healthy fried chicken. Doesn’t it look a little like fried chicken? The aroma of this grilled chicken and matsutake mushrooms is amazing! I really like this too! Refill guaranteed (second time)! And this seafood potato salad is amazing! This is also a second helping (omitted), followed by sushi! Tuna is fresh and delicious!

Grilled pork belly with honey mustard sauce, sweet and spicy! Smoked salmon is delicious even when rolled! This yakitori goes great with chili sauce! The spicy taste is delicious! Toriten. I really like it among tempura. Simple and delicious! Cantonese char siu has a strong sweetness. Looks good for eating!

Matsutake mushrooms here too. Goes great with spinach! Chicken carpaccio is light. protein. power! Salmon is light and this is my favorite type! The shrimp are also plump and delicious! At the end, refresh your mouth with dried persimmons! So I finished the first round!

Of course, I’ll have a second helping for the second round! I got some crab information from my partner, so I got some towels. First up is the seafood corner. Seared tuna with yuzu salt and seared bonito. It’s a tataki festival! Enjoy with ginger and ponzu sauce! And crabs piled high!

It was being replenished all the time! yay. Don’t forget the crab vinegar! And pickles typical of Nagano. Radish and… nozawana after all. I like this too. The miso soup is also crab miso soup! yay. Adding agar is the Nagano style! (It was recommended) Next was steak! The meat is always freshly grilled!

You can use as many garlic sprouts as you like! Freshly baked from the iron plate! yay. Served with Japanese-style grated sauce. Next is the ethnic corner. It’s Indian curry! It was kukura (chicken) and keema curry! Of course we will also have naan! Next was salad. Marinated mushrooms and

Steamed vegetables! Broccoli, lotus root, pumpkin, etc. Enjoy with ginger dressing! The healthy grilled mushroom salad also looks delicious. Hozuki’s Choice – Assorted crab, seafood, steak, and curry! ~ First of all , it’s a tataki festival of tuna and bonito with a big fat crab that protrudes from the plate

! Freshly grilled steak is also good! Expect pickles too. Furthermore, there are two types of authentic Indian curry! The steamed vegetables and mushroom salad looks delicious too! Crab miso soup with agar. I can’t wait to see what it tastes like! This is how we will receive the second round!

First up is the tuna tataki. Salty and light. The tuna is fragrant! Bonito is so delicious! The tataki festival is the best! Freshly grilled meat is also good! Tender meat. The garnished vegetables are also delicious! Refresh your palate with mushroom salad. This is also delicious.

I really like steamed vegetables! The ginger is tangy and delicious! Crab miso soup, the agar is jiggly with a really good stock! And curry! First, let’s start with kukura (chicken) curry. It goes great with naan! Quite spicy! The keema curry was also super delicious! Authentic! Relax with Nozawana. It’s definitely delicious!

The mushroom salad is also delicious! It’s very refreshing. Then crab time is activated! Peel it off without any hesitation… it’s plump! It’s filling and delicious! Yummy! Let’s peel it off and eat it with crab vinegar! The moment you pour crab vinegar onto the peeled crab is bliss.

It tastes better in proportion to the time it takes to peel it! The best! So I finished it for the second time! Of course I will go for an encore (refill)! lol This is a noodle thing. There is Japanese-style mushroom pasta, but I ordered Shinshu miso ramen!

I’m going to add shichimi for ramen! I also got the roast beef, which was delicious, and the salmon and mushrooms grilled in garlic butter! Let’s eat more crab! The delicious grilled chicken and matsutake mushrooms were served with Nagano’s specialty, Nozawana. Hozuki’s Choice ~ Ramen and delicious things again ~

First up is Shinshu miso ramen with shichimi! looks delicious! We also had salmon and mushrooms, which were delicious, and Nagano’s famous pickles again. I also added crab! Enjoy the meat too! This is the third round! First up is miso ramen with a hint of Japanese pepper!

The best ramen with miso flavor and spicy shichimi! Yummy! Garlic, salmon and mushrooms! Of course it’s really delicious! I enjoyed the crab, and I was almost nine minutes hungry. Finally, we will have dessert! From above : Mitarashi Daifuku, mini apple pie, and chocolate cake. And matcha mousse and raspberry cake.

And it was mini crepes, mini waffles, and chocolate cake! Even fruit anmitsu! Let’s have a refreshing end with Anmitsu! Hozuki’s choice – I had a lot until the end – Refreshing and delicious fruit anmitsu and apple pie in the style of Nagano! The mille crepe looks delicious too!

I would like to finish it like this! Fruit anmitsu is refreshing and delicious! (For some reason I eat it first lol) Apple pie is so delicious! As expected of Nagano! The mille crepe was also fluffy and delicious! Wow, I’m really full! It was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

After taking a little break in the room, I would like to take a bath in the hot spring! The hot spring will be the natural hot spring “Koten no Yu” in the main building! The ink painting is very nice! I’m looking forward to this!

Before taking a bath, there is a wonderful place to relax after taking a bath. You can enjoy natural water from Mt. Tateshina and even carbonated water! We also sell stylish drinks that seem to be good for your health! The Tatami room in the back is also very nice. This seems relaxing!

I’ll take the opportunity to have some carbonated water! My partner had a hard time pouring it lol, but it’s still wonderful. The scenery was beautiful in the morning! Now let’s enjoy Koten no Yu!

Lakeside mixed bathing “Sora” is a bath that you can take with your family in swimsuits or rental bath clothes (free of charge)! The infinity bath allows you to feel a sense of unity with the scenery, giving you a very open feeling!

Feel the clear air unique to the highlands and enjoy relaxing with your family! The “Kinoyu” luxuriously decorated with Kiso Hinoki is also wonderful and has a nice cypress scent! The quality of the spring water is calcium and sodium sulfate, and it is also effective for chronic pain in muscles and joints!

And “Ishi no Yu” is a bath made from natural stones! It feels wild and good! Part of the open-air bath at Ishi-no-Yu is a standing bath, and it felt really good! And the observation sauna – Ku – overlooks Lake Shirakaba! You can also set up with a nice view!

After taking a short break in the room, it’s time for the usual room drinks! Huh hew! Ikenotaira Hotel’s original local beer! Yellow Donker and green Pilsner! (¥380 each) And the rumored dorayaki I bought in Shizuoka! (¥242) First, pour some Donkel (dark beer)… then… Cheers to a

Fragrant and mellow drink! This is an easy-drinking beer! Now, everyone has been waiting for (?) the rumored dorayaki! It looks normal at first glance, but what’s with this volume? The bursting red bean paste is absolutely delicious! It has a gentle sweetness that goes well with dark beer! Next, let’s try Pilsner.

Pour some Pilsner… Now for today’s last one… Cheers Pilsner is delicious! Light and rich and easy to drink! Hmm, I’m out of snacks. We also received sweets in the room! (It was delicious) So that’s it for today. good night! good morning! Today’s weather is… nice weather! Lake Shirakaba also looks beautiful!

After enjoying the morning bath… it’s time to head out for breakfast! Huh hew! Breakfast is also available at “Kohan no Kaze” on the 1st floor of the main building! Take the tray and get a towel for your partner too! Next to the salt ramen, I started with the tamagoyaki.

The pickles were delicious! I’ll have this too. Other dishes include Kinpira burdock root and chunky vegetables in black vinegar sauce. There was also sweet potato stew with apples! Bonito walnuts, ginger, southern milk, is this…? It was a topping for Chinese porridge! I see! Here’s some piping hot shumai. looks delicious.

Here is chikuzenni and fried tofu. Also boiled eggplant. It’s a whole eggplant! I would like to receive this! Japanese-style sea chicken and cabbage served with grated mackerel mushrooms and ponzu sauce. looks delicious! There was grilled mackerel here, and it was quite a large piece of grilled salmon. This looks delicious too.

Next is amazake tofu… kiriboshi radish. It’s great that it’s a small bowl! Next was walnuts and mizuna, stir-fried nozawana and potatoes, and stir-fried eggplant with miso. At the end of the popular line… there are handmade rice balls! First, I had a salmon rice ball, followed by a nozawana konbu rice ball,

A cod roe rice ball, and a tuna mayo rice ball! This is the rice and miso soup corner. I was served miso soup! Next is the salad corner. Lettuce, tomato, broccoli, mizuna, and burdock. The carrot dressing looks thick and delicious! Top with parmesan cheese. Get some bacon chips too!

Next, let’s have a drink! Oolong tea is sold out. It was on the machine next to Pien ! yay. Hozuki’s Choice – I feel like it’s a lot for the amount I eat in the morning lol – Let’s start with the salad! The carrot dressing looks delicious.

And 4 types of rice balls! This must be delicious! Shumai with mackerel mushrooms. Fried eggplant and fried egg! A small bowl of amazake tofu and dried daikon radish! The small bowls of nozawana, mizuna, and eggplant are also irresistible! I would like to enjoy it like this!

First of all, veggie first. Carrot dressing is delicious! Nozawana chirimen and eggplant. The vegetables are delicious! With mizuna and amazake tofu, it’s light but perfectly balanced! And rice balls! Mini size, easy to eat and delicious! The vegetables are full of burdock, and the fried egg is sweet and delicious!

The volume of eggplant! delicious! Mushrooms are also delicious. As expected from Nagano. And mentaiko rice balls! This is also delicious! Next is sockeye salmon. The thick slices are delicious! Since it was a salmon mouth, I made salmon rice balls! Hmm, great. Take a breather with miso soup. A safe taste.

Shumai is also juicy and delicious! Personally, the Nozawana kelp rice ball was the most delicious! So I finished eating! Of course I’ll go for a second helping! First, get an egg and eat some rice! Green seaweed seaweed, pickled plums, and delicious spicy miso to accompany the rice! I also put okra, whitebait, and

Seared tuna on top of the rice! Complete with chopped seaweed topping! This is the Western food corner. First of all, sausage and scrambled eggs. It’s a baked donut! Let’s eat later. And beef stew! I have to eat. Plenty of meat too! And for the beetroot potato salad,

Here’s a fried egg from Live Kitchen! It’s the best doneness! Hozuki’s Choice ~ Double egg with egg-cooked rice and fried egg ~ Start with a simple seafood bowl! Served with egg! And beef stew! Beef is big! And fried eggs. Beautifully baked! And raw eggs and egg soy sauce!

I would like to enjoy it like this! First up is the beetroot potato salad. It’s delicious. Potatoes are the best! First, add a little egg and soy sauce to the tuna. This bowl is delicious on its own! The best! Next, pour soy sauce over the fried egg and mix. This is also delicious!

Now it’s egg-cooked rice time! Add special soy sauce and mix! Mmm, it’s irresistibly delicious! Aonori is doing a great job! The beef stew is also well-cooked, flavorful and delicious! Completed the meal in no time. Finally, let’s finish! In addition to the baked donuts I had my eye on,

I also secured the French toast! looks delicious! We also had pancakes, guru bread (red bean paste), maple pound, chocolate bread, butter rolls, and croissants! For dessert, we had Muscat jelly and milk pudding! And I’m drawn to ramen… lol morning ramen is good too! Sprinkle with Yahataya Isogoro’s Yuzu Shichimi!

Hozuki’s choice – Carbohydrate festival at the end – Salt ramen with special shichimi (a small amount) and plain baked donut! French toast, muscat jelly, and milk pudding! I would like to finish it like this! Salt soup with the scent of shichimi is delicious! Of course, it was also great as morning ramen!

The baked donuts are light. There are holes so there are zero calories! The French toast is also fluffy and delicious! I finished it with rich milk pudding and light Muscat! I ate everything at Shirakaba Resort Ikenotaira Hotel! It was a delicious meal in the morning! Thank you for the meal!

Well then, it’s time to leave! Shirakaba Resort Ikenotaira Hotel was wonderful! The price is just over 11,000 yen per person using a coupon! Considering the points (4224 points), I was able to stay for just over 9000 yen per person! A wonderful inn with hot springs, food, and cost performance!

After checking out, I went to Lake Shirakaba, which I couldn’t see yesterday. It was so beautiful! Actually, one more night in Nagoya! We had Taiwanese ramen at Misen, a YouTuber favorite, chicken wings at Furaibo, and miso oden. We enjoyed Nagoya gourmet food such as fried shrimp sandwich at Compal!

Ikenotaira Hotel has a beautiful view, and it’s great to take a bath in the hot spring overlooking Lake Shirakaba with your family! And a huge variety of buffets! The meat is delicious, you can enjoy the crab, and

There’s also Indian curry, Chinese food, and homemade rice balls in the morning, so you’ll be very satisfied! It was a high-cost spa inn where you could enjoy a delicious buffet and the view of Lake Shirakaba, and stay at a great value!
