  5. 刑事は時効ても，民事は違う。民事なら，マッサージ契約があっての例の犯罪的行為(民事的な営業妨害を含む)ということなので，松本人志には，不法行為責任のほか，端的に債務不履行責任も発生すると言ってよい。そしてこれによれば，その損害賠償の時効は10年です。また不法行為の時効も何だかんだ起算点を緩和してくれて既定の3年ではなくなること(＝事実上の期間延長)も多いです。
