Et oui la quarantaine est une nouvelle étape 😅. C'est mitigé, et tout dépend de comment on le perçoit. On peut être en bonne santé et cela ne change rien au chiffre. Ou selon son corps, avoir pleins de changements qui nous freinent😅. Mais dans un sens ce n'est pas forcément ennuyant mais je dirais plutôt reposant, écouter son corps, prendre du temps pour soi car quand on est jeune on ne s'arrête jamais. Et à un moment donné, le corps, la tête ont besoin de pause aussi 😁💝. Je viens d'avoir 43 ans et mes filles ont 23 et 16 ans, maman célibataire et je ne me suis jamais arrêtée et maintenant qu'elles sont grandes, j'essaie de penser un peu plus à moi, de prendre soin de moi, ralentir, se poser…🙏🏼🤗
