Hello everyone. It’s Shiori. Well, where am I today? Well, I’m at Kinza and I’m at Tabe-san’s Classics . Let’s go. Tabe-san is an incredibly talented graphic designer, and above all, he’s the one who designed the cover for my book. So, I quietly dropped by, and, wow, my book is in this classics section, and I was really surprised to see such a great person design it. It was my first time meeting him, so I was really happy to be able to thank him in person. [Music] [Music] So, it’s practically a boast. Well, after I started off by boasting, I went home, changed into my suit, and headed to Jolly Pasta. [Music] Is there one near you otakus at Jolly? Oh, it’s a pasta restaurant, and , wow, I’m so amazing, it’s amazing. I just wanted to share it with everyone . It looks just like Exit 8 at Jolie Pa . Yes. It’s just like Exit 8. Oh, we’ve prepared a touch panel like Exit 8. Ah, there’s no room for hesitation, so we toast with the three-item Chulipan set. So , toast. You can choose from these drinks when you order the set. And, since regular wine is already cheap enough, I thought it might be better to get a highball, but with the set it’s extra heavy . So, first up is the first item of the set. Oh, liver pâté and olives . No, no, no, no. That’s two items. It feels like. It’s two items. But this counts as one item . Is that even possible? I mean, even though he said “Sapi” before, it’s still a product. Ah, I felt like Jodie, who even breaks the concept of numbers in this world, is a real man . And, you know, I was thinking, just eating an olive makes me feel like life is at peace. Stars are truly a symbol of peace for a reason . They even have stars on them. Ah, so, this is just the genius first dish, liver pâté, but I’ll have some. Oh, it even came with some crunchy bread, so I had that. It’s impossible not to go with wine. [Music] And there’s something about this firm bread that’s so good, ah, how can I put it? It’s crunchy like hardtack, but, you know, it’s not like French bread or crackers, but ah, I just assumed it was a recipe that Nobe had thought up, [Music] [Music] Thank you. Wow, you’re having so much fun, and you’re already dancing with joy after two dishes . You can order this too? That’s amazing . Aren’t you surprised? This is the kind of sauteed clams and cockles that you might get at an Italian restaurant in Ginza . No, I even made that face. Ah, the garlic was so strong that it was really delicious. I hope you’ll be impressed. I was starting to worry that we were running out of wine, so I ordered some here, but then I had to make the usual difficult choice of red or white . [Music] And then… [Music] When in doubt, I’ll have both. A toast like a handbell. Yes. Ah, it’s because I can do that, but I can’t eat on top of this. And the last dish before was beef stew. Let’s eat. Wow, this is so delicious, it’s beyond the standard of a family restaurant. So happy. So happy. Hey, I’ve been through some tough times recently, some sadness and frustration, but ah, the system of vocalizing happiness sends out female spirits. It’s gone. [Music] [Music] [Applause] And, you know, this one comes with proper bread, not just liver pâté, which is a plus, and, oh, there’s plenty of vegetables in the beef. [Music] They’re doing it. They have meat, vegetables, seafood, and everything. It’s like having two hands. [Music] Wow, I’m really enjoying it to the core. Today is Friday. Isn’t it amazing that they’re open on Fridays too? [Music] Right. This Jolipas meal is supposedly only available on weekdays, but wow, they’re actually including it on Fridays, so I ‘ll definitely come on a weekday . Here we go. It’s dollar pasta. So, we’ll finish off with pasta. Wow , this is mentaiko and squid pasta, and it ‘s actually a small size . Yeah. I think it was quite a large portion, and, oh, above all, as you’d expect from a pasta specialty store , the taste is consistent. It had mentaiko and squid, but also a lot of shiso leaves, and the green shiso was amazing. I’ve been a fan of Jolly Pasta for a long time, especially the soup pasta. I used to eat the limited-edition ones a lot, but this was the starting point, the ultimate highlight . I always had something a little more original ready in the car, but I really regret not having tried this before . Anyway, the red wine is already sold out. Yes, Quattro Formacchi. Yes. My stomach was already beating fast, so I ordered some wine and pizza. It was so delicious. I couldn’t help it. Just when I thought the pizza was being cut, it was already evening. [Music] [Music] [Music] Oh, it was a free-style type, so I tore it up to suit my taste, but it was just amazing, I couldn’t say anything more. I love Jolly Pasta. I want to go right now. And when I come across a great chain restaurant like this, I always want to see my parents’ faces . So, I looked up her parents’ place, and it turns out it’s that same Outpost Group. Yes. They’re the ones that make my beloved Hamazushi and, oh, Olive no Oka. Thank you for your support. Um, this isn’t PR at all. But I love it so much, or rather, it’s just so delicious, oh, I can’t help but praise it, which is both frustrating and also kind of amazing.
