Host: Don’t you dare talk trash about us when you’ve never even been to a Host club. I’m talking to you, you freak.
(Is he trying to start something?) ROLAND: I got your message. I get that it could be uncomfortable to say things to your senior so I’ll let him know instead. Host: It’s not like I know all the details, but when I got back to my seat, I saw him making the customer smell his feet. The two who trusted each other more than anyone, are now in conflict.
Host: I’m going to beat the hell out of that stupid 25 yrs old. I won’t let him disrespect me. Host: He’s lame, not just as a Host, but as a man.
(He’s acting all cocky, but I carry something far bigger than he does.) The fight between a junior Host who worked for a year and a half, and a senior who worked as a Host for 2 years ROLAND runs THE CHIC in Kabukicho. Last December, an internal dispute occurred and many Hosts left the store. However, in just half an year, ROLAND reopened the store. Although people call them a bunch of amateurs, they are still located in the center of Kabukicho. And Sota, a former JR train conductor is the center of the store. This day was the last business day of the month and was suppose to be packed with customers, but the store is empty. Director: Are you expecting any customers today at all?
Fumi: We are, hopefully from 9:30 P.M. ish… We should be getting some at least. Video released on Sept 17th 2025.
Last time we saw the store packed with customers and they also had champagne tower prepared but he sound uncertain. We filmed for a while and a customer finally came in.
Host: Thank you for the champagne princess! Former game streamer Ranobe. ROLAND: Ranobe is doing great. I thought he’s just imitating Romane, but he’s awesome.
(Although he does look like Romane, Ranobe makes much more sales). Host: Want me to do the champagne call?

Host: Why haven’t you guys remember it all? I told you to do so yesterday didn’t I? Hiroomi is leading the store’s revival alongside with Sota. He is a former self-defense force, and he also got a LDH-like beautiful voice. Hiroomi, leader of Kiyokibakai, has Ranobe in his group, and he’s stepping up to the mic for his junior. Hiroomi: THE CHIC Open day (suppose to be the last business day of the month), right here, B-2 table! Oh my bad, it’s C-1 table! Ranobe’s princess has ordered the expensive champagne Ferrari Brut! Thank you so much! He does have a beautiful voice but his champagne call is a mess. No juniors can point out their senior’s mistake, and they are in an awkward situation.
Hiroomi: I’m sorry that was terrible. I got nervous with all the cameras. All Hiroomi was thinking about was…
Host: Are you doing the Mic call?
Hiroomi: I guess we should. Wait hold on… Let’s wait until Sota comes in. Hiroomi: Actually, can you keep this in the back. The champagne glasses as well. Hurry! Where the hell is he. He’s at his own table… He might have seen it. All Hiroomi cares about is defeating Sota. He doesn’t even care about the customers sitting right next to him. Hiroomi: I’m going all in today. ROLAND: We are prohibited from using any advertising language that makes customers think of a competition. Due to the revised Entertainment Business Law, they can no longer display their rankings. Yet, why does he still care about it? Hiroomi: Being able to state my ranking matters, but what matters more is that I don’t want to be beaten by someone who got famous on THE ROLAND SHOW. I’m going to destroy him. Hiroomi: I joined the group through an interview and earned my place. I won’t lose. Sota joined half an year earlier than Hiroomi, through an audition.

Sota: Not all are in Tokyo but yeah.
ROLAND: He’s going to be famous. Sota became famous in just one month.
ROLAND: I feel like I caught a big fish. I want to see your former boss’ face. Hiroomi couldn’t stand how Sota’s life was skyrocketing effortlessly. Hiroomi: I want all of you to reset your mindsets and give it your all to make today the best opening day.
Video released on Sept 12th 2025. He just happened to be half an year late, and eded up supporting Sota, who’s 4 years younger than Hiroomi. Anyone would have a complex feeling if they were in his situation. Hiroomi: I guarantee you I will get it.
Customer: If you don’t I’d be pissed. Hiroomi: What will you do if I don’t get it…
Customer: I’ll quit being your princess.
Hiroomi: Should we cancel the all call then…? Hiroomi: Jokes aside, I’m going to beat the hell out of him. On the other side of the store.
Sota: It’s time for the last order..
Customer: The max I can go is 200k. Sota: Gocya. Hand me the tablet please.
Customer: Work it out with 200k.
Sota: I’d try my best, but don’t get mad at me when I exceed a bit. Customer: Don’t.
Sota: Oh shoot it did exceed. Haha, I’m sorry. Hiroomi’s about to reach the limit of his jealousy. ROLAND came to the store. He talked with Hiroomi’s customer for about 20 mins and he heads back to the main store.
ROLAND: I’m heading to the main store. ROLAND runs two Host clubs in Tokyo. Favouring only one side will lead to a new troublemakers and internal conlict. ROLAND: I’ll be back soon. I’ll go check the main store. ROLAND visited the main store 30 seconds apart from THE CHIC. But there’s no peace anywhere for ROLAND. ROLAND: Let’s ask Hikaru what happened.
Hikaru was immediately summoned after ROLAND’s arrival. ROLAND: I got your message. I get that it could be uncomfortable to say things to your senior so I’ll let him know instead. The one causing trouble this time is a junior from ROLAND’s former workplace, Tsukasa 29 yrs old. Tsukasa was assigned to help at Hikaru’s table, but the customer later filed a complaint claiming his actions were sexual harassment. ROLAND: Did the customer say she never want to see Tsukasa again? If not, we’ll have to send him to apologize next time.
Hikaru: She was just uncomfortable. ROLAND: I knew he has a bad drinking habits so I made him quit drinking but he told me that it’ll be fine, and to trust him. So it’s partially my fault. I’ll talk to him and make sure this won’t happen again. I’ll also make him apologize to the customer. Even here, the senior-junior hierarchy was causing friction. What would you do if you were the senior? ROLAND is being the bridge between the two. ROLAND: Sit.
Tsukasa: I’m really sorry. ROLAND: Do you remember any of it? Would you have done the same thing if you weren’t drunk?
Tsukasa: Even when I’m sober I tend to talk dirty with them and they like it. Tsukasa: But this time I guess I went a bit too far…
ROLAND: Remember I told you the same thing last week. I told you that you shouldn’t be drinking and it’s for your own good. ROLAND: The reason I lifted your drinking ban is because, you know how teachers or adults often try to force their idea of what’s right onto you. I’ve been through that myself, and I hated it. ROLAND: Who knows it might bring you a good results right. I wanted you to prove me that I was wrong in a good way. ROLAND: But you fucked it up. If you are making trouble you are no longer a “help”. We have already spent a lot of money promoting you. You already are the face of our store. And no staff can tell you what and what not to do. ROLAND: So I’m banning you from drinking. Is that clear. Host club is a complicated place. Troubles occur all the time between men and women, and men and men.
