Hi viewers, on July 30 TBS morning programmer love it was interrupted at around 9:40 a.m. to deliver an urgent tsunami warning. MC Meu Teamura, a TBS announcer informed viewers a tsunami warning has been issued and urged those near river mouths or coastal areas to evacuate immediately to a safer place. The broadcaster then switched to live footage of coastal regions including Koshiu in a hokedu and Oay in a baraki prefecture with a flashing captions such as tsunami danger and runna. The emergency coverage continued through the reminder of love and extended into the next program peta branch which also suspended its regular content to report on the unfolding situation.
