I am from Chile, which has the reverse time zone to Japan, when I traveled to Japan, I had a great time but when I came back the jetlag was horrible.
The solution unfortunately is to stay up late one day, that is, to stay awake until it gets dark, there is no other way, otherwise you will always have a hangover.
Lots of encouragement and rest well, take a few days if necessary, health comes first.
