　On February 1, ABC announced that Ayumi Hirodo “has decided to leave the company this spring at her own request. She herself said, “This spring will mark the 10-year milestone since I became an announcer. I have made the decision to move on to the next stage of my career,” she commented through the station.

　In her first year with the station in 2002, she made her national debut with the program “Bulletin! The Road to Koshien” in 2002, her first year with the station.
