The news site Daily Shincho reported that a company run by former AKB48 member Tomomi Itano is being sued by her former partner in a financial dispute.
According to the site, a cosmetics company run by Itano is being sued by her former co-owner. Last summer, a dispute arose between Itano and the plaintiff, and the plaintiff decided to withdraw from the co-ownership. Accordingly, Itano’s company was supposed to refund the 7.5 million yen it had borrowed from the plaintiff the year before, plus interest, but has not yet repaid it.
