Simple and leisurely life in a country house during the rainy season. Daily routine in the village



This is the rainiest summer! It’s impossible to garden on rainy days, so I create a cozy atmosphere in my old village house. Handicraft is a meditative and relaxing process that brings a lot of pleasure from both the process itself and the result obtained. The rainy season is a great time to relax and enjoy your favorite activities.

Zucchini pizza

Zucchini – 400-450 g
Salt – ½ tsp.
Flour – 4 heaped tablespoons
Egg – 1 pc.
Sour cream or mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon (I did not add)

Filling:
Tomato,
Sausage ,
Onion – 1/3 pcs.
Cheese
Basil – 1 sprig
Garlic – 1 clove

1. Grate the zucchini, add salt and stir. Leave for 5 minutes to release the juice.
2. Squeeze the zucchini well, add the egg, sour cream and flour.
3. Place the zucchini dough in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil and fry for 10 minutes with the lid closed over moderate heat.
4. Cut the sausage and tomato into rings. Grate the cheese. Chop the garlic and basil very finely.
5. Turn the zucchini pancake over, let it brown a little and place on a baking sheet.
Add the garlic and basil, top with half the cheese, then the sausage and tomatoes, then top with the remaining half of the cheese.

Place the pizza in the oven until the cheese is melted.

  10. Isn't crafting wonderful? I love the sound of the rain hitting every surface outside. It's nature's symphony. I wonder if you would ever consider going to craft fairs with your items? I would buy your fabric animals. I would buy your desserts. I would buy your table runners and basket liners. But if not, then I still appreciate you making all these for your family's pleasure.

    J'espère que tu vas bien. Hummm ta pizza à la courgette me plaît beaucoup… le seul problème : je n'ai pas de courgette dans le jardin 🤣🤣J'en achèterai. Le potager est une catastrophe chez moi. Pour l'instant pas de courgette ou de concombre en vue. Pas de tomates non plus…. Une catastrophe ! Aujourd'hui, nous avons enfin eu un peu de soleil et j'espère que tout va se réveiller maintenant. J'adore ton porte serviettes. Il est superbe.

  19. Bonsoir Olesya ! Que de belles choses encore…. je ne connaissais pas cette plante…. comme quoi on en apprend tous les jours! Cela est super si elle vous permet d'avoir du thé gratuitement chez vous…. mais avec toutes les autres plantes que vous avez sur place et que vous installerez je suis sûre que vous en aurez de trop pour l'année entière!😅 mais c'est une bonne chose n'est-ce pas ? Nous venons juste de ramasser notre 1ere courgette. J'espère qu'elles donneront bien cette année…. même nos tomates n'en sont qu'aux fleur et aux tous premiers fruits formés. Mais nous avons eu un printemps très pluvieux et froid…. et la chaleur tarde malgré le temps plus ou moins orageux…. ici par chez nous, ils commencent juste à faire les foins….😢 beau jardin et quel bel ensemble pour la maison…. une basse court plus calme que les galinacees de dehors…. 😂j'aime ce style!
