第396回は、2023年にデビュー20周年を迎えた玉置成実が初登場。
披露するのは、2003年にリリースされたテレビアニメ『機動戦士ガンダムSEED』第3クールのオープニングテーマで、当時14歳であった玉置成実のメジャーデビュー曲「Believe」。

She will perform “Believe,” the opening theme song to the 3rd season of the TV anime series Mobile Suit Gundam Seed, her major debut single released in 2003 at the age of 14.Enjoy this regal one-shot performance by Nami Tamaki, complemented by a distinct band arrangement as she immerses herself in heartfelt gratitude for a career spanning 20 years, her powerful vocals filling the air, exclusively for THE FIRST TAKE.
