  3. Hello Nami! After you grill the eggplant and peel the skin off, you need to let the eggplant on an uneven surface or in a drainer to drain over night. This is very important because eggplant contains a juice that is very toxic for the liver. If you eat eggplant like that directly after some time you will have problems with your liver.
